Getting Enough Customers? Book Review

James Yuille recently sent me a copy of his new book “Are You Getting Enough?”

And while I’ve been doing quite a few book reviews recently for some of the big publishers, I always enjoy doing consulting book reviews from a self-published author like James.

I know James’ track-record as a successful salesman and direct marketer and told him I’d give it a read as soon as I got a chance.

Well, I’ve just finished reading through the digital copy he sent and James has put together a great read!

He’s condensed his 30 years experience in sales and marketing and created a very easy to digest book that is packed with valuable gems.

While this is very much a book about sales, you’ll find it also covers psychology and marketing topics.

The book is ripe with stories and examples that provide a clear picture of how you can take the sales techniques he shares and implement them in your business.

While this is very much a book about sales, you’ll find it also covers psychology and marketing topics.

Let’s take a quick dive inside the book…

He starts off talking about how he got into sales (quite a fun story) and then proceeds to show you how to get into the mind of your customer, increase your chance of setting appointments and ‘closing’ the sale.

In addition, James teaches you:

  • How to quickly find out what your customers want to buy from you
  • The one sentence to ask prospects that can dramatically improve your sales
  • How to speak your customers language
  • The best approach to take to find prospects
  • A 9-Step process to making sales.
  • How to deliver exceptional customer service
  • A 60 second trick to get any prospects attention
  • 8 deadly sales sins and how to avoid them
  • Plus, much more.
