Whether you celebrate Christmas, Hanukkah or any other holiday at this time of year … now is a great time to approach your clients or prospective clients with a special promotion.
Successful marketers always find a way to make the most of holidays and certain times of year that people find significant.
You don’t have to practice, or even believe in, these days of significance.
Halloween may not be a big deal for you. Valentines day may be too red to handle. And you might not enjoy green beer on St. Patrick’s day.
However, all of these days offer you an opportunity.
While you might not send an email promotion or direct mail piece to your clients or prospects on a regular basis (though you should) these occasions provide a very convenient REASON for you to make contact.
What should you do?
Here’s what you can do…

- Come up with a new or additional service you can offer your clients. Or a tempting offer for prospective clients to try your services.
- Then send a beautifully designed email to each and everyone one of your contacts.
- If your offer is enticing and has the perception that it will add value to your clients business, you’ll often make a few sales.
