Through his consulting business, CRE Construction Partners, Waikiki Paulino advises commercial real estate investors on their development management and construction management needs, serving as their owner's representative. He also helps client to oversee their investments in commercial real estate nationwide.

When he first approached Consulting Success, he had twenty-three years of experience in building and managing complicated commercial real estate projects from the ground up.
